THE FULL STORY
Sarah has been working in her field for just short of 20 years.
The longevity of her business means that she’s obviously been doing something right! However, as she began to expand her online presence – it quickly became clear her website and social media profiles needed a refresh.
It was incredibly important not to alienate her current client base whilst bringing her brand and messaging up to date. A delicate touch was needed to make sure we honoured her current ‘look and feel’.
We took the decision early on to use photography to ground Sarah’s business in reality. As her work focuses on creating transformation for people suffering from chronic disease, we selected imagery which inspires a sense of safety and wonder.
The name Phare translates to “A lighthouse or beacon to guide ships at sea” and so we also wanted to allude to a nautical feel.
One of the challenges of the project was to translate complex ideas and medical processes into easy to understand information. Sarah also wanted to avoid a harsh clinical and scientific feel, yet still convey a sense of authority and trust.
This was achieved through the use of delicate details and clear, compelling copy.
As well as the website, I also created branding for Sarah’s social media profiles.

Kind Words From Sarah…
Becky is amazing to work with.
Her attention to detail was acute and she has been incredibly patient helping me to become acquainted with the language of managing my own website.
All in all, I have ended up with a superb website that I am immensely proud of.
Really pleased with the result – exactly what I was after and even better!
